I’d like to share a bit about my journey and why this mission is so close to my heart. Coming from a family of contractors, I was raised by a father who worked as a contractor and plasterer for over 50 years. Despite only having a 6th-grade education, my father was one of the smartest men I’ve ever known. He had an incredible ability to assess any job and instantly determine the cost of materials, supplies, and labor. At just 14 years old, I began processing payroll and creating proposals for J & L Plastering Company, and it was during that time that I discovered my passion for small business and my dream of becoming an entrepreneur myself.

As I grew older, I realized that many people, just like my father, could benefit from support with their paperwork and contracting needs. His breakthrough came when he connected with a developer and another contractor, which allowed him to secure much larger jobs. One of his proudest projects was the Feather Sound Country Club in Clearwater, Florida. These small but meaningful connections opened doors for his business, and it was through these experiences that my passion for empowering entrepreneurs was born.

Life Motto: What I don't know, I LEARN. What I learn, I MASTER. What I master, I TEACH to others. I am deeply committed to giving back to the community, having served for over 20 years in public service. I've been actively involved in public speaking, chairing and being a member of numerous boards dedicated to educational and economic initiatives throughout Thomas County and Southwest Georgia.

Throughout my career, I’ve also accumulated more than 20 years of experience in motivational public speaking, frequently called upon to address large audiences to offer encouragement, mentorship, and inspiration. With expertise in instructional roles, I’ve taught everything from basic to advanced computer applications. I have over two decades of experience in planning and coordinating successful community events and am well-versed in business consulting, particularly in developing and launching business plans.

As an accomplished author, publisher, playwright, and songwriter, I’ve produced works that have been copyrighted and aired on CNN, a nationally syndicated television network. I firmly believe that the path to success lies in continuous learning, resilience, and being solution-driven. I am dedicated to helping others achieve their potential, knowing that no dream is too big to accomplish.
